EXTRA activiteiten ivm SIGN’s deelname aan Soundsofmusic festival op 4/11 van  16.30-18.30 uur.

CHANG JONG LEE & Arne Hellwege brengen ‘Fluctus’  improvisaties op de orgel installatie Commoveo. 

CHANG JONG LEE (*1992) is in Seoul, Zuid-Korea geboren. Hij behaalde in 2016 diploma Bachelor of Arts in Music met piano als zijn hoofdinstrument van de Syracuse University (VS). Hij studeerde piano bij Steven Heyman en zijn eerste orgelles begon in 2014 met Dr. Anne Laver als secundair instrument. Voordat komt hij naar Groningen studeerde hij orgel ook bij Jin Kim van Zuid-Korea en hij ging in 2016 en 2017 naar Europa voor masterclasses door Zsigmond Zsathamry in Ernen, Zwitserland.
Nu als hoofdvak studie studeert hij orgel aan het Prins Claus Conservatorium bij Erwin Wiersinga voor repertoire en bij Sietze de Vries voor improvisatie, zijn onderzoeksonderwerp. Hij studeert ook klavecimbel bij Johan Hofmann.

Ook zal Radina Kordova zal haar derde en tevens laatste uit een reeks performances uitvoeren in SIGN.  Niet te missen!
En Dick Alle Huppes die hier al 1 maand in residentie zit, zal de laatste elementen toevoegen aan zijn flexibele interactieve Nederlandse vlag installatie.

CHANG JONG LEE (*1992) was born in Seoul, South Korea. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music in 2016 with piano as his main instrument from Syracuse University (USA). He studied piano with Steven Heyman and his first organ lesson began in 2014 with Dr. Anne Laver as a secondary instrument. Before coming to Groningen he also studied organ with Jin Kim from South Korea and went to Europe in 2016 and 2017 for masterclasses by Zsigmond Zsathamry in Ernen, Switzerland. Now as a principal subject, he studies organ at the Prince Claus Conservatoire with Erwin Wiersinga for repertoire and with Sietze de Vries for improvisation, his research subject. He also studies harpsichord with Johan Hofmann.
At ca 17.30 hrs Radina Kordova will also perform her third and last in a series of performances in SIGN. Can not be missed!
And Dick Alle Huppes, who has been in residence here for 1 month, will add the last elements to his flexible interactive Dutch flag installation.
